The kids absolutely loved the indoor pool - it was a splashing good time for everyone! The pool area was clean and well-maintained, and the water was nice and warm. It provided us with a great way to relax and have fun after a long day of exploring Toulouse.

In my wife's opinion, the only thing that could have made our family stay even more enjoyable would be if there was a play area or kids' club available. My children wanted a designated space where they could play and interact with other kids, especially during the times when we needed a little break.

Wi-Fi was problematic. The advertised room safes did not work. None of them. They said they were waiting for repairs. How long had it been? This should be taken off the hotel listing. It is a prime selection criteria if you travel with a laptop and camera.

The hotel is located within walking distance to the town center and the main train/bus station. The rooms have recently been refurbished and are clean with comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and welcoming. An added bonus is the tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The breakfast is not worth the price, as there are cheaper alternatives nearby. , some staff members have difficulty speaking English, which can cause misunderstandings.

This hotel offers great value for money, with comfortable beds and a very good wifi connection. The location is perfect, as it is near the station and close to the town centre. The rooms are basic but clean and come with a nice balcony on most, adding a touch of charm to your stay. The staff provide excellent service and the breakfast is a satisfying start to the day.

The hotel is in the red-light area of town. Prostitutes standing at several road corners at hotel, not what a family or older couple would like.

I also appreciated having a small balcony in my room, perfect for enjoying the evening breeze. The breakfast had a good variety of options, including fresh pastries and a tasty meat and cheese plate.

The guy that checked us in tried to charge us 10 euro per night to park our bikes. Not in the nicest area but a 5 minute walk gets you to the nice areas. The guy that checked us in was a snot but all other staff were good.

The place where it is near the center and near the railway station in a quite street. The rooms were quite clean. The recepcionists were very very nice and helped with our needs.

Rooms are a bit small. They are ok for sleeping but lack space for two when working or moving.
